Note: Each property owner sets their own pet policy on a property to property basis. It could depending on whether it has new floors, hard woods or even a fenced in back yard. Since we manage single family dwellings and not an apartment complex that is one size fits all, every property is different.
Everyone at Southern Homes loves pets! We know your pet is your fur baby! , However, some property owners will allow them and some won't. Please be sure to check with us and see if the property you want to view or might be applying for will allow a pet(s).
